What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
I hope that in the next two years, brands start focusing more on relevant feelings and emotions. I understand that the beauty of advertising is making it not feel like we are being served ads, but in today’s world, ads are obvious and noisy. I want something that moves me, makes me feel something, ads that emote inspired action.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Don’t assume you know everything about your audience. Be genuine.
What are the major challenges that you (and/or other advertisers) face today?
There is so much noise in over saturated markets, the short attention spans of our audience, and the cost of advertising.
What tactics do you find to be the most effective in getting your message or your customers’ message heard?
Personal connections and storytelling, video/photos, and concise and emotional writing are the most effective in getting our message out.
