What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

As we are moving away from the third-party pixel and consumers are becoming more protective of their data, advertisers need to find new ways to target consumers and attribute campaign success without the use of single-party identifiers like IP address, Mobile Device ID, or email address.


What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?

Whether you are buying in house or working with a partner, make sure you or your partner do your due diligence to understand your audience including demographics, psychographics, and media consumption; industry nuances; and competitors before ever putting a media consideration set together.


What are the major challenges that you (and/or other advertisers) face today?

Recruitment. The fluidity of the market means we’re always hiring, and the same goes for our clients. Many of our clients have added additional paid marketing efforts for recruitment campaigns in the last 18 months.


What are the most effective advertising tactics and/or media for your company?

It depends on the client’s goals.
