What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
The past few years have created uncertainty in so many areas. Building trust through marketing will be more important than almost any time in our history. The businesses who choose to keep themselves notable will flourish. Presence will position the leaders in business.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Invest in the research to understand who your market is and what message resonates with their problems. Focusing on the solutions shows value. Message to market match is critical. Looking for who is your buyer and who is your user sounds odd, but it’s often missed.
What are the major challenges that you (and/or other advertisers) face today?
People don’t know who or what to believe. This creates mistrust in the consumer. The more transparent a business can be, the more trust they create. Budgets are tight. Long-term results are most important to consider then trimming spending.
What are the most effective advertising tactics and/or media for your company?
Consistency. A relatable face for the business. Value in the communications, not just offers.
