What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?

We are a 35-year-old award-winning marketing agency from the Detroit Metro area. Our knowledge and experience is across a broad client base in different industries, giving us perspective when applying marketing strategies and new technologies to our client projects.

What excites you the most about your industry?

The continually changing environment gives one a rush to keep gaining new knowledge and figuring out how to apply that to the marketing strategies. You have to be a bit of a marketing geek to understand this rush.

How do you go about making difficult leadership decisions, both big and small?

After being in business for so long, I can tell you that you don’t stress over making decisions compared to when you first start your business. You learn that patience and time ultimately put things into place by calmly and without emotion making making the necessary decisions to protect the company and meeting your fiduciary responsibilities.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to enhance their leadership skills?

Looking over my 40 years in business, I would say that Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People holds true today. The other important factor is peer-to-peer networking…meaning reaching out to other business owners, CEO’s, Presidents to share ideas and knowledge.

What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?

Coming out of the pandemic has required a new push for leads, sales, and re-building our sales team to meet the new challenges of the post-pandemic marketplace. During the early days of the pandemic we focused on pivoting our company, which requires us to re-position us in the marketplace.
