What is the biggest change in the advertising industry that you see coming in the next 2 years?
More of the same changes we are seeing now, like a bigger focus on online content over print, more video, virtual reality, experiential campaigns, etc.
How is the trend towards streaming television (CTV) impacting your advertising strategies?
Streaming TV is impacting the value of earned media coverage on local news channels, since viewership has decreased with the increase in streaming options.
What’s your biggest challenge with attracting and hiring talent in the past 2 years?
Having enough ongoing steady work to support hiring fulltime employees versus contractors.
