What is the biggest change in the advertising industry that you see coming in the next 2 years?

The demise of the third party cookie.

How is the trend towards streaming television (CTV) impacting your advertising strategies?

When it makes sense, CTV is becoming more and more part of the strategy. There isn’t new budget coming in for just CTV. As a result CTV is taking budget from other media types, in particular other video types – broadcast, cable, preroll, social video – which impacts the overall mix.

What’s your biggest challenge with attracting and hiring talent in the past 2 years?

We value a hybrid work experience and that requires talent to be living in the Denver market. With larger markets opens to 100% remote, they are recruiting Denver’s limited media talent to 100% remote and higher salaries — this is hard to match.
