What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?

GNGF educates and empowers law firm owners who want to grow their business. Our team provides marketing strategy and digital marketing services to law firms all around the United States and Canada.


What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

Coming from an agency that worked with Fortune 500 brands this outlook may be “old hat” for those companies. But what we see at GNGF is that for local service professions, like law firms, CPAs, contractors, etc. understanding how to interact with their potential clients with multiple touch points throughout the client journey is finally starting to take hold.

Leveraging better CRMs and omni-channel marketing will be critical. Over the next couple of years, we will see that separate those who grow from those business owners who continue to struggle year to year.


What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?

Here is a quick tip, leverage one of the big trends that were accelerated due to the Covid Pandemic, we know that consumers are expecting digital delivery of local services more and more.

Many local service businesses have implemented all types of digital delivery of services during the pandemic. We have a lot of law firm clients that now offer meetings over zoom, offer payment plans with credit cards, electronic signatures, or are utilize a client portal to share documents and updates.

But what many were failing to do is market that they have made these changes on their home pages, Google My Business profiles, or on social media.

Be the first to do this in your market and you will could be the only one showing consumers you work the way they now expect to be able to work with a service company.


What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?

We help our law firm clients grow in two ways. We help maximize and protect the referrals they are already getting. Then we work to help those who need legal help discover our client when they go to the internet looking for a lawyer in their town.
