What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?

Graphicmachine was founded by a former architect to help architects, building materials distributors and manufacturers, and construction firms get better work and grow their firms through digital marketing.

What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

For the industries we specialize in (building materials, architecture, and construction), video and virtual reality will play an even bigger role in marketing. Prospective customers will want to experience projects and materials from wherever they are in the world, and they’ll be more likely to work with companies who can meet that need.

What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?

Understand what can be measured with analytics and what analytics are relevant to your business – and don’t be afraid to challenge your own assumptions. Too often we see companies focused on metrics that aren’t relevant because they don’t understand what’s being measured and don’t think about the connection between what’s being measured and what their goals are.

What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?

Our clients often struggle with communicating their offerings to their customers from their customers’ point of view. If your customer prospects don’t truly understand how your product or service is valuable to them, none of the rest of your “marketing” will matter.
