Clozd is the leading provider of win-loss technology and services. We help companies understand the reasons they win and lose so they can win more.


What changes has your company made over the past 2 years that have impacted your business

Building a marketing team, building a category, using win-loss analysis to guide marketing strategy.


What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?

At the end of the day your business needs to win. You have to impact revenue and actually close sales. Your ad strategy should be a reflection of that focus. If you are just running ads to capture leads from in-platform lead forms, and these leads don’t turn into revenue, you should probably stop and reconsider what you are doing.


What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

A recession is coming. It is going to accelerate trends we’ve seen driving GTM strategies (e.g. product-led growth, buyer enablement, community-led growth). Trust is eroding in the biggest advertising platforms of the past as well. Marketers will need to be agile and savvy as that world gets disrupted with new solutions and potential Web3 impacts.


What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
