What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

Ad costs will continue to rise, possible accelerated by post-pandemic inflation. Facebook and Google are pushing advertisers more toward fully-automated campaigns, but this puts your trust entirely in Google. There is less transparency and control with these campaigns and they will likely continue to accelerate rising ad costs for more search terms.


What makes your company unique?

Maybe a willingness to tell it like it is, whether it’s what clients and prospects want to hear or not. For example, I will tell you that uniqueness in an advertising agency is probably overrated. A USP (unique selling proposition) is exactly that: a SELLING proposition. It’s a sales tool, but it doesn’t necessarily help clients get more results. There are practices that work and practices that don’t. I don’t pretend to be the only agency that knows what we’re doing.
