What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
We have a deep focus in financial services, and change is being driven by the continued rise of fintechs and other disrupters that are introducing new ways for how people purchase products or things like how they save. This will in turn require all financial services companies, including the big Fortune 500 with whom we work, to look at how to build more transparent and empathetic relationships with customers, particularly those in their 20s and 30s. They’ll need the right products and solutions for that, but also the right marketing to establish themselves as a trusted brand even as the world changes quickly and heritage is less important that responsiveness.
What makes your company unique?
We’re a seasoned team of veterans, working in a nimble environment unhindered by bloated big agency structures. Given that we can keep a laser focus on creating ideas that move people to action and continually deliver on what matters to our clients: their time, their brand, and their business performance.
