What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?: Marketing for law firms has always centered around relationships. Since the pandemic started, lawyers have been challenged to foster trust via virtual relationships. Even with a return to in-person business, the virtual aspects of running a law firm will remain in place. In addition, there is a heightened need for strategic legal counsel in a business context as our clients adjust to and plan for a post-Covid marketplace. Law firms also have to adapt to new technologies while maintaining confidentiality, speed, and ethical behaviors.
