What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Increasingly, large organizations are rethinking the way they staff their marketing teams. I think we’ll see more and more companies embracing alternate talent models (managed service offerings, talent augmentation, and freelance talent) for the greater flexibility they offer.
Demand for programmatic talent is only increasing, so agencies (and brands with in-house teams) that have struggled to grow and train their teams in the current hiring climate will look for new ways to source that talent.”
Nothing has changed yet, media buying and analytics are still strong but we expect to see consumer spending change over the next few quarters, which will then impact advertising budgets.
Even prior to economic uncertainty, the pandemic & great resignation led to agencies and employees increasingly looking at ways to test each other out through flexible/alternative staffing models before jumping into full-time role commitments. All of this led to exponential growth for WorkReduce.
We expect this growth and demand to increase because our model provides liquidity and flexibility in an uncertain market.
