What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

The biggest change in marketing is coming from digital. Without question, small and medium sized business are coming under fire and are late to the digital marketing game. Over 73% of all users don’t go past page one search results…and there are still millions of companies that have a touch of cognitive dissidence. The refusal to believe in the reality of our ever changing world. We have all gone digital…as this is a fact…it is a wonder why so many companies still persist on traditional marketing that cannot be tracked as well nor deliver the results is a little mind blowing.

The other big item is education. Most companies I have worked for [currently] and in the past really struggle with information and getting the TRUTH about all forms of digital marketing. While I don’t believe this will change any time soon…the very real struggle for business owners will continue. I truly know…this is one aspect that presents a barrier to entry for companies NOT working on their digital presence.


What is your biggest pain point when it comes to digital advertising?

The constant updates. Google updates. SEO updates. Algorithm updates. It is a constant flow of information and updates. The second you have your hands on the pulse…the vein and anatomy change. It’s a little maddening but also one of the beast parts of this industry.
