What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Marketing dollars will be spent on people and developing their thought leadership as opposed to corporate initiatives and brand channels. Companies will realize their people are their best marketers, and serving them, and giving them a voice and point of difference on behalf of their company will go far.
What is your biggest pain point when it comes to digital advertising?
Seeing how inauthentic others are online because they have no idea how to express themselves and rally others around them in a meaningful way to drive their business forward is my biggest pain point.
