What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Easy answer is GA4 and marketers continued efforts to measure and optimize digital campaigns. The more interesting answer would be augmented reality. If Apple introduces augmented glasses (estimated 2023) it will open up a world where marketers can engage with users in the real world which we’ve never done before. Going to be the new wild west.
What are the major challenges that you (and/or other advertisers) face today?
Hiring the right people and keeping them engaged and happy. Also looking at a recession and how to help our partners get through that.
How is the trend towards streaming television (CTV) impacting your advertising strategies?
It hasn’t. Since most of our partners are small businesses we don’t do much CTV.
